Prior, Gavin worked at Airbus managing a portfolio of contracts for technology, change, improvement and innovation projects, responsible for full project lifecycle from acquisition to execution delivery and closure.

Nicola is currently the Strategic Development Director for FinTech Scotland. A business leader with experience across multiple sectors and supporting innovation, people development, building strategy, change management, understanding risk and financial services regulation. She has considerable experience in financial services and prior to joining FinTech Scotland was a senior leader at the FCA, where she worked as part of the Retail Banking Supervision senior leadership team. Nicola's broader business experience includes the hospitality, food and drink industry, working for Bass plc and Wetherspoons plc.

Dr Stephen Christie (CEO of Agxio)

Stephen has been a founder and angel investor via a global venture builder incubator (Neural Insights) that builds or co-pilots high-tech growth companies across fintech, medtech and agritech solutions.

Examples of solutions he has been responsible for include banks, digital surveillance innovation, blockchain technologies, and enterprise analytics. Prior to founding Agxio, Stephen was a Global Managing Partner in the big-4.

Peter Murray, Head of Sales at W2, is an expert in identity with a focus on regulated markets. For over a decade he has worked closely with Governments, regulators, operators and key industry stakeholders to define best practice, and ensure innovation in the areas of data and technology is adapted to meet regulatory requirements. He has presented globally on Issues of Identity, KYC, AML, fraud, self-exclusion and responsible gambling, and brings with him a wealth of experience in cross sector collaboration and regulatory alignment.

Guto is the Co-ordinator of HyCymru, the Wales Hydrogen Trade Association. He also runs a hydrogen consultancy, Ynni Glân, has been appointed by Menter Môn as consultant for Ynys Môn Hydrogen Island, assessing hydrogen project opportunities on Anglesey, Wales.

With 20+ years’ experience in energy & environment sector, he is an Author of Hydrogen for the Decarbonisation of Transport study for National Assembly of Wales in 2018 and is a member of Low Carbon Wales heavy industry cluster.

Kit Wilson (Head of Transformation at Welsh Water)

Kit is Head of Transformation for Welsh Water. Kit’s early career included team manager roles at 118 118 and RBS before joining Vale of Glamorgan Council as their call centre manager. He then moved to Newport City Council, where he transformed their customer service and channel strategies.

Kit moved into the outsourcing world, working with LIberata and more recently Agilisys on the customer services contract at North Somerset Council.

Prior to joining Welsh Water, Kit held the position of Partnership Director with Agilisys and was responsible for Customer Service, IT, HR, Payroll, Facilities, Procurement and Revenue & Benefits for the South West.
