Dylan Pugh has worked in the digital media + technology world for the past 15 years, currently working as head of podcast monetisation for EMEA at Spotify. Previous experience includes 8 years working in the gaming world, with the likes of Zynga + PlayStation, including being co-founder of inPlay Media, which was later acquired by Zynga. Prior to working in media, Pugh had a professional rugby career at Bath, Neath and London Welsh

Steve Austins is a co-founder and director of audio production company, Bengo Media. A former head of BBC Radio Wales, Steve has spent over a quarter of a century working in broadcasting, predominantly radio. In 2017, he and his wife, Marina Lois, started Bengo, which has made podcasts for clients including BBC Sounds, Macmillan, Blue Cross and Welsh Government. Steve also trains and offers consultancy to businesses and individuals on how to start and build a successful podcast.

Steff is a Senior Lecturer in Sports Media at Cardiff Metropolitan University and the founder of Nata Media Ltd.

He worked at the BBC for 20 years at both BBC Sport and BBC Wales.
Steff has made award winning Audio Documentaries for both 5Live and BBC Radio Wales – winning Gold at the 2020 ARIAS for Best Sport and Gold at the 2017 New York Radio Festival.

He has recently created and launched The Socially Distant Sports Bar podcast with comedians Mike Bubbins and Elis James – Within 3 months it has gone from an idea, to a Top Ten sports and comedy podcast in the UK and has been signed up by Global DAX and Radio X.

Seren Jones, 25, is a bilingual Welsh, Zimbabwean broadcast journalist working at the BBC, specialising in podcast production and documentary-making. In her three years at the BBC, Seren has gathered live reporting and presenting experience across TV, digital, radio and audio platforms and has spent the last 18 months working in podcasts. She has presented two documentaries, one of which led to her nomination for a BAFTA award in 2019 in the breakthrough category. Seren is currently working for the BBC's News Podcast Unit.
