Victoria Norman Founder and CEO of Signum Health, is a practiced project manager with over 2 decades of experience managing a range of diverse, and complex, businesses and projects predominately in both public and private health sectors. She’s successfully implemented multi-million-pound research programmes within the public health and Primary Care Sector and has first hand knowledge of the NHS.

In 2016 Victoria launched Signum Health a tech for good company; providing health Care services, powered by its own Digital interface. i-navigator © is a social prescribing platform that acts as a virtual social prescriber and integrates across all clinical systems allowing easy sign posting and outcome tracking. While Signum Diagnostics © provides a cloud based diagnostic platform which supports a range of remote diagnostic services for both clinician and patient use.

James grew up in Newport and studied at Bettws Comprehensive before attending Cardiff University. After graduating, James joined the Oil industry and worked all over the world capturing and analysing drilling data. Following that, James worked on the UK’s first automated National Fingerprint Database, and after senior IT roles in Johnson and Johnson and BT, co-founded eLINIA Webservices in 2004. James was part of the management team that grew the business from its inception though to its sale to Private Equity in 2012. The business is now part of Rackspace.

James co-founded Mobilise in 2014 to help businesses gain a competitive advantage by adopting public cloud computing; the company has been an Amazon Web Services partner for 5 years. James helps organise the AWS South Wales User Group and Serverless Days events in Cardiff , and is a CISSP, Chartered Member of the British Computing Society, dad of three, part time sheep farmer and skateboard coach.

Caroline Gray is the Site Director of The OpTIC Technology Centre a bespoke Technology and Incubation Centre, managed as Glyndwr Innovations Ltd. A wholly owned Glyndwr University facility located on the St Asaph business park. The facility offers high quality technical and office incubation facilities and business meeting and conference facilities and also includes the Glyndwr Innovations, Precision Optical Systems Group who design, manufacture and assemble ultra-precision optical systems. This award-winning team have achieved a number of world firsts including the ability to polish large aperture optics without edge defects and the development of Ultra Lightweight optical systems for Space and Near Space applications.

She is a Physics graduate who has spent her career of over 30 years working in the optical industry. She has developed CNC optical manufacture processes in both Single Point Diamond Turning and CNC polishing techniques for many applications including high end technically challenging applications and high-volume precision component applications. Gray's industry experience includes the management and technical directorship of SME's and research projects.

In 2013 Paul went on to co-found Hello Soda, a global analytics company now with offices in Manchester, Asia and Austin, TX.

Paul’s experience in digital, data analytics and customer experience led him to found WBB in 2017. Now a multi award-winning (including The Sir Michael Moritz Award2018) AI company with a team of 20, WBB are changing the shape of customer service through AI, automation and analytics. WBB serves clients across the UK, Europe and USA.

A majority shareholding in Wealthify was acquired by Aviva in 2018, and the full purchase completed in June 2020. As part of this latter transaction, Andrew Russell joined Wealthify as CEO. Andy has worked in financial services for over 20 years with a variety of direct-to-consumer savings, investments and leadership experience, with the last 11years being at Aviva. Andy is passionate about Wealthify’s mission to help make investing become affordable and accessible to anyone, and is excited to be leading the company on the next stage of its evolution. He will be focussing on nurturing Wealthify's dynamic and agile culture, which has helped make it the great company it is today, whilst ensuring customer advocacy and feedback help drive scaling of the business in the future.

Drone Evolution is a commercial products and services company based in Caerphilly. The company is developing their own range of tethered drones, keeping a drone in the air for hours as opposed to minutes. This has attracted a range of clients including defence, security, major events and sports companies. Drone Evolution have also been busy establishing a national service for clients in construction, property, telecoms, local government and social housing. The business has had investment support from Angels Invest Wales and Development Bank of Wales. Over the last year, the company has filed two patents and is looking to push forward with commercialisation into 2021, moving out of start-up phase
