Entries should clearly demonstrate how digital transformation has addressed a significant challenge, leading to tangible improvements such as better service delivery, increased accessibility, or cost savings.
We welcome submissions showcasing innovative approaches that have streamlined operations, enhanced public engagement, or improved outcomes for customer experience and or communities through digital advancements.

- Why the innovative project was undertaken and what the aims were.
- The challenges faced and overcome in the creation and development process.
- The demonstrable benefits to an industry or way of life, resulting from the transformation.
- Examples of creative-thinking and technical excellence used to produce the product/service.
