The Digital Transformation Award focuses on creative-thinking and technical excellence in producing an outstanding product or service that has the potential to transform an industry or way of life. All entries will need to demonstrate how technology has been used to overcome a problem and how it has, or can, result in a positive solution such as new opportunities, improved internal processes and or cost benefits.

What is the criteria?


  • This is open to all technology companies in Wales.


What the judges are looking for


  • Why the innovative project was undertaken and what the aims were.
  • The challenges faced and overcome in the creation and development process.
  • The demonstrable benefits to an industry or way of life, resulting from the transformation and how it has transformed it. 
  • Examples of creative-thinking and technical excellence used to produce the product/service.
