Rony overseas all operational activities at AMPLYFI, with a particular focus and passion for every facet of business performance and the AMPLYFI culture. A Chemistry graduate from Cardiff University, Rony spent 15 years leading large teams in various senior leadership roles, honing his skills in shaping organisational structure, enhancing productivity and people development.
He spent 3 years leading the Welsh NatWest Accelerator, where he worked with over 400 start-ups and supported the bank's internal Entrepreneurship Development Academy. Having followed AMPLYFI's progress closely, Rony joined as Director of Operations in December 2018 and has since become our Chief Operating Officer.
