Will Farrell is a Police Detective with 12 years’ experience, currently working with Cyber Crime Prevent at UK North West Regional Organised Crime Unit. Will delivers National Cybercrime Prevent and Serious Organised Crime strategy across the North West region, and more widely across the United Kingdom and overseas. He works with partners from public, private and third sectors to identify individuals on the cusp of committing cybercrime, and once identified, Will diverts them into doing something positive with their computer skills instead.
Before joining the police, Will spent 14 years in commercial radio as Programme Operations Manager for 5 stations. He was also a successful radio DJ at stations including Key 103 (Manchester), Rock FM (Preston) and Radio City (Liverpool). Many say that Will has a perfect face for radio!
