The National Software Academy (NSA) offers industry-led degree programmes. Since inception, it has balanced academic requirements with academic and industrial influences. Its goal being to provide students with the knowledge, skills and attitudes required to work in the modern IT industry.

The pandemic has seen a huge shift in working patterns with remote working now an accepted norm. For some organisations, this has been business-as-usual. For some, it has changed the opportunity to work remotely into a necessity. For others, it has been a radical and uncomfortable new requirement.

Many have said that this way of working will remain the norm as it will be an effective way of tackling climate change.

In this online panel discussion, we will ask for the opinion of a number of organisations on whether they believe this will be the "new normal" and if so, how will the NSA need to adapt its programmes to maintain its goal of preparing students for the workplace?

The Panel will include representatives from Admiral, BT, Companies House and L&G.
