Ffion is the Senior Researcher for the North Wales Regional Skills Partnership.  The RSP is responsible for undertaking regional and local consultation, as well as vast use of official data, research and analysis, to produce a three-year strategic regional Skills and Employment Plan. 

The Plan provides an insight into the supply and demand of the skills system in the region, and crucially, understanding and communicating what employers needs and priorities are to enable them to be sustainable and grow.

Dave Muir (Co-founder and Chair of Code Nation)

As Co-founder and CEO of Code Nation, David is expanding Code Nation across the UK - with campuses and a presence in most major cities, he’s making sure digital training is accessible to all, whether physical or through their virtual campus environment.

He works with current and potential employers and potential students from all backgrounds, to help fill the demand for digital skills. Code Nation partners with many higher and further education establishments, as well as local authorities to inspire new talent into digital.

Before setting up Code Nation, David was a partner at PwC, IBM and KPMG. He’s collaborated with the SEC and FCA and
worked on the rapid expansion and globalisation of a number of tech companies in the 2000s.
