Anna Webb
Service Delivery Manager, Security Operations at ThirdSpaceAnna is born and bred in the South Wales valleys. She studied Computer Science at the University of South Wales and is also a fluent Welsh and English speaker.
Anna's first IT role came in the form of a helpdesk analyst and scripter at British Airways Maintenance in Cardiff, where she quickly learnt about networking and telephony, databases and Unix/AIX systems.
Anna has since worked her way through the various levels of desktop support and server engineer up to operations manager and finally transitioning across to service delivery Management.
Anna's journey into the realm of cybersecurity started back in 2016, when she joined the security operations centre (SOC) at Alert Logic, as their Service Delivery Manager, before moving into major incident management.
At ThirdSpace, Anna is utilising her passion for cybersecurity and service delivery to help build and establish a new security operations capability.
