How to enter or nominate an individual or company

Technology Connected would like to invite ALL organisations in Wales operating in the technology industry to enter the Wales Technology Awards 2022, you do not have to be a Technology Member to apply.


We will be announcing and celebrating the Winners at the Awards Ceremony to be held on 15th September at Mecure Holland House, Cardiff.



All entries for the Wales Technology Awards 2022 are to be submitted using an online form. Before submitting your entry or nomination, please read the following guidelines to ensure that you are familiar with the process and what is required.

How to Enter


  • Select the category you would like to enter and please ensure you read through the entry criteria for that particular award. 
  • Upload a video of no longer than 3 minutes explaining why you or your nomination should win considering the specific award criteria (you can be as creative as you like).
  • The entry deadline has been extended to Friday 10th June 2022.

Entry Criteria


  • The online entry for the Wales Technology Awards 2022 is via video in MP4 format with a file size of no more than 1GB along with a short application form. A video shows the human element of your business; the passion, the culture and character. 
  • We will expect to see your commitment to EDI ( equality, diversity and inclusion) and your pledge to Climate Change evidenced throughout your Award application.
  • You will be asked four questions specific to the Award category, which you will need to answer within your video.
  • Your video entry must not exceed 3 minutes from start to finish.
  • Ensure the nominated business logo is displayed in the bottom right corner, or if nominating an individual, their full name, throughout the video (you can do this by using free Apps/video software).
  • If using presenters in your video, please clearly display their name and job title on first appearance.
  • You may use music in your video, however you must obtain copyright permission.
