Entries could be apprentices, new graduates, women returners or people who have had a career change.
The individual must be in their first technology-related role with a company based in Wales.
The individual must have been in that role for less than three years on 1 January 2024.
Applicants must be nominated by their company.
All individuals nominated must be informed and consent to their nomination.
What the judges are looking for
How the individual has met or exceeded challenging objectives set.
How the individual used innovative approaches and working practices to benefit their organisation.
The quantifiable impact the individual has had on their organisation in terms of sales, profits, or equivalent measure (e.g. new opportunity spotted, successful project completion).
How the individual has taken responsibility for their own personal development to ensure they adapt to their role.
